Order Processing

Once your KUKISTAR order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you, please allow up to 5 business days for payments to clear, after which time your order will be in production, once made, your item will prepared for shipping as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive shipping or tracking information where available.

Shipping Within Australia

KUKISTAR offers delivery throughout Australia. Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order Weight and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier services and peak delivery periods.

Shipping to New Zealand

We also ship KUKISTAR products to customers in New Zealand. Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout.

International delivery times can vary due to customs processing and local postal or courier services.

International Shipping

For the Moment, we only offer Shipping and Delivery to the U.S.A, Australia and New Zealand. If you live in a country other than the COOK ISLANDS contact us at support@kukistar.com and we can discuss options. The main barrier to Shipping items to RAROTONGA (Cook Islands) is, our manufacturer does NOT ship there. In the future we hope to have that option available to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience

Order Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, your tracking details will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Delays

While we work to get every KUKISTAR order delivered as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to courier networks, customs, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
